Aligning for the 2020/2021 School Year

Reflecting on 2019-2020 school year

School starts back for my daughter tomorrow. We went out shopping today. One of the clerks asked her if she was ready to go back. She said no. Then he asked me if I was ready for her to go back. I said no. He was shocked. He said that he was ready for his daughters to go back to school. I didn’t ask his reason and I didn’t offer mine.

I’d like to offer my perspective. I feel my daughter’s struggles even though they are not my own directly. When she feels tired, over worked, overwhelmed and frustrated I can relate to that. I understand how she feels when she would rather be somewhere else instead of being inundated with ideas that may not relate to her own from books, teachers, and peers. The school system is not the healthiest environment and we like sheep send our precious children every year without a problem and many with enthusiasm just to get their children out of their hair, house and refrigerator. I actually like my children. I like having them around and having discussions with them, doing things with them and for them. When they go to school, they are going to a battle field. I’m not ready for that and I hope I never will. I say this to the parents getting ready to send children back to school, consider why they don’t want to go back and empathize with them. Let them know that you are truly on their side of the battlefield.

Also, make sure that they are not the bully, trouble maker, clown disrespecting and disrupting school, the sexually ignorant, misguided, unloved/needy vampire child that I have given my child full permission to align their spirit aggressively, if need be as well as call in the Calvary (brothers, cousins, uncles,  fathers, dogs, cats, sisters, mothers, friends, congressmen, senators, ancestors, gods, demons, and whoever else wants to show up) .

Let’s do a great job guiding our future for the highest and greatest good.  Thanks for reading, and let’s have a great year.
