Always Be Kind

Kindness is Medicine in a sick world.

With the type of work I do, I get a unique perspective on family dynamics. More often than not, how a person has treated their children, spouse, or other close relatives are reciprocated when they are in the most need. Old and unresolved grievances are not forgotten, and are usually unforgiven. I’ve seen so many people in vulnerable situations, heartbreaking situations who’s family will not deal with them because of issues they have refused to acknowledge.

I suppose what I’m getting at is the fact that so often we live in such a way that seems right to us, ignoring the negative feedback from our environment, banking on good fortune when the reality may be that there’s no good fortune to bank on because finesse and charm can only get you so far. No one is guaranteed help from others. However, we can do our best to live in love and light, spreading it genuinely whenever and wherever we can.
